[BA (HONS) Early Childhood Care and Education]

Michaela brings a wealth of experience in supporting neurodivergent children and those with SEND. She began her career as a 1:1 classroom support worker and progressed to Kings Trust Lead within an Inclusion Unit, gaining invaluable hands-on experience working with children from nursery through to secondary school. This has given her a deep understanding of transitions and the importance of nurturing independence and emotional wellbeing from the very earliest stages. Michaela is passionately child-centred and consistently places each child’s needs, wellbeing, and potential at the heart of everything she does.
[BA Degree Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Practice]

Leanne is a fully qualified specialist teacher with a PGCE in Special Educational Needs and over a decade of experience working in SEN and SEMH schools. Her previous roles led her to develop and lead a nurture unit focused on early intervention within a specialist school, creating an alternative provision for children who were unable to thrive in mainstream settings. Through this work, Leanne supported children and families through the EHCP process, ensuring each child could access provision that truly met their needs and enabled them to reach their full potential. Early intervention and inclusive, child-centred practice remain at the heart of Leanne’s passion and work.
